As a small business owner, you juggle multiple jobs and the needs of family. With all these stressful constraints on time, money and energy, how do you find time for you and the self-care practices that support your leadership?
Nicole Havelka — a registered yoga teacher, small business owner, and organizational consultant — will introduce you to simple practices that can be worked into any schedule. Join us to learn:
- Five quick and easy mindfulness practices anyone can do
- How to set boundaries so that they have the time to engage in self-care practices
- Affirm you are worthy of taking time and resources for yourself even as you juggle all your responsibilities
You will be calmer in the face of change and be more focused on your core purpose!
Nicole Havelka has honed her mindful leadership skills as a business consultant, a reverend, and a yogi. She has led numerous volunteer and staff teams, especially with organizations struggling through change. She is a Registered Yoga Teacher at the 500-hour level, a reiki master and trained in several forms of meditation including iRest Yoga Nidra. She has training in yoga for youth, restorative yoga, and trauma-sensitive yoga. She is a new business owner and lead consultant at Nicole Havelka Consulting.
