Hans Galland, Founder & CEO
Prior to co-founding Haulistix, Hans held various senior management and board roles at Great Eagle Holdings, NeueHouse, Pacific Eagle (US) Real Estate Fund, and Jones Lang LaSalle. Since college, Hans has been scaling business from zero to one in traditional, yet rapidly transforming markets. He is also founder and Co-Chair of GlobalSF, an international economic development organization funded by the State of California, the City of San Francisco, and the private sector. Hans graduated from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and EHL at the University of Applied Sciences in Western Switzerland.
Cathy Rojas, Operations Manager
Prior to joining Haulistix, Cathy spent her early career in the car rental industry working with Enterprise Rent-a-Car on a regional and international level. Right after her undergraduate studies at the University of Southern California, she had the opportunity to manage top performing teams in the Los Angeles area as well as an expansion and acquisition in France. While in France she oversaw three different regions around the country, including Paris, and built her team in all tri-brand operations (National, Alamo, and Enterprise). Her focus was on creating the best customer experience which in turn helped Paris come up to target customer service scores during her time there. Cathy’s approach on team-building is one that fosters human connectedness and promotes hands-on leadership.
