Calling all students who would like to be poets, spoken word artists, musicians, and MC’s!  VOICES is a troupe that’s a continuation of WordPlay’s Youth Poetic Performance Collaboration (YPPC) project that brought together youth poets and musicians to explore artistic collaboration and performance. We will spend the upcoming 6-week class collaborating and creating, exploring what it means to use art as a vehicle for social change/awareness, and honing essential skills in public performance and professional artistry.
